Formulated oil can be emulsified easy with good cleaning performance, excellent performance of lubrication, cleanness, anti-rust and anti-corrosion.

It does not pollute the fabric in use, and does not affect the next step of bleaching and dyeing.

Formulated oil is suitable for 5#, 7#, 10# white oil.

The Recommend Dosage

The recommended dosage is 10-15%. It is better to prepare emulsified oil with 10# white oil, which can be further diluted to 2-10% emulsion for use.

Packaging Storage and Transportation

Packed in iron drums with a net weight of 180kg/drum, applicable to various modes of transportation.

The maximum storage and transportation temperature shall not exceed 60℃ in short term, and shall not exceed 45℃ in long term. The shelf life is 2 years, stored in dry, clean, ventilated warehouse.

In case of accidental contact with skin, wash it off thoroughly with water and detergents.
